“Well that’s good”, Jessica murmured, her eyes turning to gaze at Lux. “Because I wouldn’t have you any other way either.” The brunette reached out to graze her fingers across her girlfriends bare thigh, lightly scratching the skin there. With a smirk the Jessica rested her head against Lux’s shoulder, her attention mostly focused on the screen. 

God, she was thankful that Lux didn’t judge her over her extreme obsessions with everything fantasy and sci-fi. Honestly Jessica hadn’t ever met another person who would actually agree to sitting down and watching an episode of such an old television program. Especially not one dedicated to explaining and entertaining the thought of extra terrestrials and other unexplained phenomenon.

“Oh, you must be so excited right now,” Jessica murmured, her voice quiet as she tried not to spoil the intensity of such a well plotted episode. With a slight giggle, the brunette turned to leave a few kisses along the blondes jaw.

Jessica scrambled through the window, trying not to fall as she made her way into Lux’s bedroom. She stood up and was surprised to find the other girl kissing her. The brunette moved her hands so that they rested on her girlfriends waist, holding her in place while they hungrily kissed. Every time their lips locked it felt like a whole new, amazing experience. A tingling sensation shot up Jessica’s spine when Lux pulled away to rest their foreheads against each others. “You’re so cute,” she murmured breathlessly, a grin tugging at her lips.

“Oh, out there? Only a few minutes before you came and saved me.” Jessica tugged away from Lux’s grasp to go sit on the blondes bed. “Aw, you went and got everything all set up? How sweet of you,” Jessica cooed, grinning brightly as she looked up at Lux.

The brunette made a grab for the Wii remote and began to flick through the episodes, searching for the best ones. Finally she settled on an episode, her heart racing excitedly as the beginning monologue began. The Eye of the Beholder, a classic episode that was once praised among critics as the best television episode of all time. “You must think I’m a giant dork, right?” She asked, eyes glued to the screen.
